Esperance Camp Invitation To Attend

The Committee has approved an in-principle camp at the mentioned dates.  The camp organisers are Wendy Mewett, Brian Williamson (rides) and myself.

A reservation of 15 powered sites (about $40 pn and 5 cabins about $100pn) has been made at the Pink Lake Caravan Park (2km out of town) and these will be held for the Club until the end of November for individual booking. As accommodation is filling fast we had to act quickly as other caravan parks dont have the required capacity. 

The hold on these sites and cabins is from 20th March to 3rd of April for those that want to stay 2 weeks but  you can negotiate whatever times you prefer.

Before we get right into the planning we need to know who is definitely interested in attending this camp.

Email me by Friday 12th November if you are going to attend and if we get 20 plus definite participants it will make it worthwhile.
